I have successfully developed strategic plans and led tactical execution for the selection, implementation, development, and operation of technology products, services, support, and training in multiple industries.  These include enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), email service provider (ESP), marketing on demand (MOD), print on demand (POD), and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.

Apparently my quest for knowledge and solving problems began as a young child –  I was the only kid in the neighborhood with a neatly organized “office” in the family dining room.   Go figure.
